Stayed for a short stay, so all was fantastic. Had some nice additions, such as a microwave oven, air conditioning and a sofa bed. Had a bath.

In our opinion, it’s a welcome base for travelling to Arras. Rooms are spacious and you can use a microwave oven, air conditioner, and a sofa bed. Location is marvellous and fantastic overall, near to good restaurants, the centre and the main square.

This place is in an incredible location, near restaurants, bars, the main square, and the Grand Place.

I recently stayed at 52 Grand Place for a weekend getaway and couldn't have been happier. The lovely courtyard apartment was a charming and peaceful retreat in the heart of the old town. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with clean and fresh towels provided. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the BBQ outside was a great addition for summer evenings. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the delights that Arras has to offer. Jonathan, the host, was flexible and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I strongly recommend this place for its cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful little terrace.

The apartment is well designed and has a lovely courtyard, perfect for enjoying the sun. the location is central, surrounded by good restaurants. Recommended for singles or couples.

We had a great city trip here, and the location was fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from Musee de Beaux-Arts.

stayed in arras before and 52 grand place was even better this time. loved taking strolls in the lively center, lots of shops and restaurants. apartment was secure, clean, and had everything we needed. the little terrace was a lovely bonus to relax in the evenings.

Great location in the heart of the city. Compact and funky apartment with a small but well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Outdoor terrace is a suntrap. The Grand Place and Place des Heros are just a stone's throw away.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment. the attention to detail was impressive, with all the necessary amenities we needed as vegetarians and vegans. the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare our own meals. the cleanliness was top-notch and the apartment had a stylish and funky interior. the icing on the cake was the beautiful little terrace where we could enjoy our meals and relax in the evenings. we were extremely satisfied with our experience at 52 Grand Place.

Clean, quiet, excellent location, good outdoor space. Well-appointed, with cold drinks and milk provided. Close to restaurants and train station. Very comfortable with washing machine and great style.
